Refund policy

Return & Exchange Policy:

  • We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags within 7 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.

  • Refunds will only be issued if the same alternative item is not available.

  • Customers are required to return the merchandise via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.

  • Delivery charges are non-refundable.

  • A 15% administrative fee along with delivery charges will be deducted from the total purchase value.

  • Refund requests will be processed within 7–15 working days after we receive the returned items.
