- We gladly accept any unworn, unwashed, and unstitched merchandise with original tags within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or refund.
- Refunds will only be issued if the same alternative item is not available.
- Customers are required to return the merchandise via a traceable delivery service (courier or registered post) at their own expense to our address.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
- A 15% administrative fee along with delivery charges will be deducted from the total purchase value.
